Before We Meet, Please Tell Me A Bit About You.

Hey, my name is Ian.

I am a higher education financial consultant, and I inform people about the best ways to go about paying and preparing for an education after high school.

If you’ve received this form, it means I’ll be speaking at an event you plan on attending. I want to make sure our time together is as productive as possible, so if you could fill out the information on this form, I will know what information is most important to you when it comes to your education goals after high school. This way, I can make sure I cover your topics of interest when we meet. Looking forward to talking with you,

-Ian

Some cities, towns and townships have programs to assist their residents in attending college. I use this information to check for those programs. This is optional, but helpful.
Selected Value: 1
On a scale of 0 to 10, how sure are you about attending college? For example: “10” would mean you are 100% sure; you already have your major and career planned out. “0” would mean college is not in your plans at the moment. “5” would mean you are somewhere in the middle
What is the long term, post high school education and career plan? It’s OK if the answer is “I don’t know”.
List as many as you like.
Ask me any college cost-related question. Some common questions are about how much it cost to go to a particular college, or about student loans, but ask anything. There are no such things as dumb questions.
